Marv Wolfman has written a novelization of the yet to be released Batman Arkham Knight video game. According to Gamespot, Wolfman released the news via his Facebook “Well, I can finally tell folk what I’ve been working on the past few months in total secrecy, even from my dog. I wrote the official novelization for Arkham Knight, based on the upcoming video game, and I had a ball doing it.
While the novel is listed on Amazon, the Facebook post has been removed and the reason is unclear. The novel was given a July 7 release date, and while the game is still slated to be released in July, Wolfman may have inadvertently revealed a delay in the game release, perhaps prompting the pull of the Facebook post.
Batman: Arkham Knight is the final chapter in Rocksteady’s series, and pits Batman against the familiar Scarecrow and a new villain, Arkham Knight.
