THE CW:  We’ve got some ‘Super’ guest stars tonight on both shows.  Bart (Impulse) & Nora (XS) are the kids of Barry and Iris, and they are back from the future to help their Dad with his growing Godspeed problem.  Also, Arrow’s John Diggle shows up on ‘Superman & Lois’, becoming the first actual connection this super show has with the rest of The CW-verse…
