DISNEY RELEASES A TRAILER FOR ‘AVATAR: THE WAY OF THE WATER’

DISNEY:  Avatar 2 is almost here, just 12+ years after the first film.  I guess James Cameron didn’t want to rush things.  And while I wasn’t a big fan of the original Avatar film, though I did find the 3D elements fantastic.  I’m looking forward to seeing this, as it’s had over 12 years to come up with a compelling story and even bigger effects… Look, there’s even a race of green Na’vi.

Here’s the official rigamarole…

“Set more than a decade after the events of the first film, Avatar: The Way of Water begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure. Directed by James Cameron and produced by Cameron and Jon Landau, the film stars Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, and Sigourney Weaver.”
