Robbie Coltrane is best know by this generation as the memorable Hogwarts gamekeeper, Rubeus Hagrid in the Harry Potter series starting in 2001. His heartwarming performance as the half-giant/half-wizard made him one of the most popular characters in the series. Who can ever forget him flying into our lives on a magic motorcycle with baby Harry, or the magic wand hidden inside his umbrella giving Dudley a pig’s tail, or the line, “yer a wizard Harry”... Goodbye good Sir, you were magical.
