Today Ubisoft released its first piece of exciting DLC for the edge of your seat driving action-mmo game ‘The Crew’.  This is the first of four car packs to be released which includes three new cars.  The Extreme car pack DLC pack is available today, January 20, 2015.

Lets talk new cars.

Ubisoft has sweetened the deal by adding the rare Astin Martin V12 Zagato, 2013 SRT Viper GTS and the zippy Abarth 500.  Drivers will find themselves racing across the United States with speed and style.  If stock parts and paint jobs just don’t cut if for you, don’t worry there are also new customization options including paint jobs, rims, interiors and tuning specs are
available in the in-game store for select cars.

Extreme live update adds new missions for all players.

Four new missions have been added in this update available free of charge to all players.  ‘Vertigo’ has racers has racers pit against each other as they race along the Colorado river.  Speed and beautiful scenery never looked so good.  ‘Rollercoaster’  has racers speeding to the top of a mountain before zooming down and unthinkable speeds.  How about some weather? ‘Slip and Slide’ adds some ice and some fun, as we players try to hold their car steady and gain the fastest time.  Lastly, ‘Hurricane’ has players defy gravity with out of this world jumps on a stunt-filled course deep inside a construction site.  These maps are sure to get your adrenaline running.

The Extreme Live update also enriches the game with unlockable content, new tuning specs for five of your favorite car, and also adds ‘Animal’ and ‘Nature’ stickers.

‘The Crew’ is the 2014 Game Critics Awards Best Racing Game of E3, and with this new content, it’s definitely living up to its title.  ‘The Crew’ is available on PS4, XBOX ONE, and PC.
