Black Siren’s back in this week’s Arrow, and she’s wreaking havoc, as usual. But since she is a version of Laurel Lance, the original Black Canary, I hope they intend to give the character more layers than your usual Arrow villain. It would be great to see a Black Siren/Quentin Lance story arc this season…
