In 1939 Stan Lee started an iconic career, and over the years he created or co-created Black Panther, Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Mighty Thor, Iron Man, the Fantastic Four, the Incredible Hulk, Daredevil, Ant-Man, and a heck of a lot more. The comic book legend passed away early Monday morning, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, a source told The Hollywood Reporter.

As you know, I’m the DC guy, but I was lucky enough to meet Stan Lee a few years ago at San Diego Comic-Con.  And I was in awe of the man who has accomplished so much over his long career. And his cameo appearances in the Marvel films always made me smile.  His health has been in question lately, and he missed L.A. Comic Con this year, a convention that he co-created.  So I was aware that he was in poor health.  But this still comes as a bit of a shock.  Rest In Peace Stan Lee, you will be missed!!!!   ‘Nuff Said
