NETFLIX: The new live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender has added three new performers to its ever-expanding cast. Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, Lim Kay Siu, and Ken Leung have all booked key roles on the show.
Lee is playing Iroh, a retired Fire Nation general who is also the brother of Fire Lord Ozai (Daniel Dae Kim) and uncle of Prince Zuko (Dallas Liu).
Lim has joined the series as Gyatso, an Air Nomad monk and Aang’s own father figure. During his lifetime, he was known as the greatest airbender in the world and later passed his skills onto Aang.
And Leung will play Commander Zhao, a “scheming and ambitious” member of Fire Nation’s military who proved to be a daunting adversary to Aang and his friends throughout their journey.
