MY 1st IMPRESSION – ‘SPIDERMAN:NO WAY HOME’ IS…. VERY GOOD!
SONY/MARVEL: Spiderman: No Way Home took a swing and hit it out of the park. It’s fun, emotional and satisfying. And that’s about all I can say without venturing into spoiler territory. Is it a perfect movie? I’d have to say ‘no’. Some of the humor doesn’t land quite right, there’s some clunky dialog/situations, and a timing issue. But none of that spoiled the movie-going experience for me. In fact, my 1st thought after the credits rolled was that I want to see it again…and again. So this film gets a big thumbs up from me. And when it comes to the box office numbers, I’m sure Sony and Marvel will be smiling all the way to the bank. The Thursday night preview haul was $50 Million, which is phenomenal, and even more-so given that we’re still dealing with a pandemic.
My Only Spidey Spoiler: Stay until ALL the credits end.
And if you really want to avoid serious spoilers, see it soon. Because the movie’s surprises are already all over the internet.
