SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON: Sesame Workshop is excited to announce that Sesame Street Mecha Builders are coming, and coming big. The robot heroes-in-training will be onsite all weekend long to meet fans for autographing, photo ops, and a special panel session.
Sesame Street Mecha Builders reimagines Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Abby Cadabby as robot heroes-in-training who use their superpowers to solve larger-than-life problems. Animated in a dynamic 3D style, the series helps older preschoolers practice foundational critical thinking skills while laughing along with their Sesame Street friends. Sesame Street Mecha Builders airs on Cartoon Network and HBO Max.
● Photo Op with Giant Inflatable “Mecha Cookie Monster”
Visit the Martin Luther King, Jr. Promenade behind the Omni Hotel to grab a photo with a giant inflatable “Mecha Cookie Monster,” star of the new series “Sesame Street Mecha Builders.” Episodes of the series will play throughout the day and a Cookie Monster costume character will stop by each day for meet and greets.
