DISNEY+: ‘WILLOW’ SERIES CANCELLED AFTER ONE SEASON

DISNEY+: I can’t say that I’m surprised that the series got canceled. While there was a lot of good in the eight hour fantasy. I think the bad outweighed the good, and not that many people were watching. I blame the disjointed story and the CW-like cast.

Willow was an original series that served as a sequel to the 1988 fantasy film of the same name that was directed by Ron Howard. It was positioned to be the primary fantasy show on Disney+, but interst just wasn’t there.
