Cocaine Bear Blu-ray Review: A High Supply of Extras
It’s a shame Cocaine Bear didn’t get a 4K UHD because it would have been fun to see all that gore and bear rampage. The Blu-ray still looks bright and colorful with ‘80s pastels, and it has some fun extra features too.
In the alternate ending, one of the bear’s victims survives. I’m not telling who.
Deleted scenes introduce the paramedics earlier. They actually work in Sari (Keri Russell)’s hospital. Sari and Henry (Christian Convery) face a longer trek with more obstacles along the way too.
In the behind the scenes feature, it’s fun to see how wires and computer markers help create the bear, and how much of the gore was practical. In one funny bit, the cast and crew read scene descriptions so you can see how the mayhem was put into words in the first place.
